Order Management

B3’s E-commerce Order Center allows you to manage those elements of the online order process that change frequently—reducing the amount of custom development required for system updates. Access is securely controlled through user name and password management tools. We support a wide variety of tools to maximize sales, manage shopper purchase behavior and manage pricing:

  • Support for pre-orders—allowing you to take orders before the ship date and notify shoppers when their item(s) becomes available
  • In-stock status—configurable based on your re-order policies
  • Sale pricing—allowing special prices for limited time frames
  • Sales taxes—system calculates appropriate sales tax based on shopper's shipping address
  • Shipping and handling charges—system calculates appropriate shipping and handling charges based on rate tables and shopper's shipping address and shipping method

Reporting Tools

B3 provides direct telephone and email support to your customers. Hours of operation are M-F 8:00 a.m. to midnight and Sat 8:30 a.m to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time (except holidays). Customer service representatives have real-time online access and can answer questions related to:
