Michael J. White
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mike brings more than twenty years of senior management experience in consumer goods and the entertainment industry to his new position at B3. He has a proven track record of formulating and executing successful business operations plans for leading companies—generating significant returns for investors.Most recently, Mike was executive vice president of WEA, the second largest music distribution, manufacturing and packaging company in the US—with shipments of more than $3 billion annually. Among his accomplishments, Mike led a successful re-engineering of Time Warner's CD/DVD manufacturing facilities, which dramatically reduced headcount and costs, and improved turnaround time. He also helped create WEA as the first major label to offer digital music downloads, in the process positioning the company as the industry's leader in the segment.
Prior to WEA, Mike was executive vice president and a board member of LIVE Entertainment, a diversified entertainment and consumer products company. He was also corporate counsel at PACE Membership Warehouse, where he directed real estate and securities activities.
Mike received his bachelor's degree in economics from William and Mary, and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.

Kendall has been instrumental in the development and implementation of B3's strategic business plans, company and system infrastructures, and now heads a team that manages new product design and development. As CFO of B3's predecessor, Entertainment Media Services Inc., Kendall played a key role in the creation of buildIT, the company's comprehensive e-commerce builder.Kendall was at the core of several Time Warner start-up teams, including those responsible for launching WarnerActive, the interactive game publishing division of the Warner Music Group; Qwest Records, the joint venture label of Warner Brothers Records and Quincy Jones; Giant Records, a joint venture label between Warner Brothers records and Irving Azoff; and Giant Merchandising, a music concert/events merchandising joint venture of Warner Brothers records, Irving Azoff and Peter Lubin. This hands-on expertise in both Warner Studio Stores' high-volume, multi-store retailing environment as well as with Warner Music's e-commerce initiatives has proven invaluable as Kendall has helped drive B3's innovative product development efforts.
Kendall holds a bachelor's degree in business administration-accounting, graduating summa cum laude from California State University, Northridge.
Don De Benedictis
Vice President of Application Development
Don is the lead software design engineer for B3's development and implementation of the Entertainment Order Center e-commerce solution. This solution includes an innovative, Internet-based "consumer wallet", in addition to integrated store-by-store and administrative reporting capabilities, and support for a customer service center.Don's background consists of a unique blend of financial industry experience and information technology expertise. He came to B3 from Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles, where as manager of the Management Solutions & Services Group, he designed, developed and implemented IT solutions for a variety of clients. Earlier, he began his career with Touche Ross as a CPA in the firm's tax department—involved in tax compliance, planning and consulting.
Don received his bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from the University of California-Berkeley, and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
