Michael J. White

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mike brings more than twenty years of senior management experience in consumer goods and the entertainment industry to his new position at B3. He has a proven track record of formulating and executing successful business operations plans for leading companies—generating significant returns for investors.

Most recently, Mike was executive vice president of WEA, the second largest music distribution, manufacturing and packaging company in the US—with shipments of more than $3 billion annually. Among his accomplishments, Mike led a successful re-engineering of Time Warner's CD/DVD manufacturing facilities, which dramatically reduced headcount and costs, and improved turnaround time. He also helped create WEA as the first major label to offer digital music downloads, in the process positioning the company as the industry's leader in the segment.

Prior to WEA, Mike was executive vice president and a board member of LIVE Entertainment, a diversified entertainment and consumer products company. He was also corporate counsel at PACE Membership Warehouse, where he directed real estate and securities activities.

Mike received his bachelor's degree in economics from William and Mary, and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.
